This month’s SEO saw a pause in our work for K3 Business Solutions as we work on an exciting new development for their website so keep your eyes peeled for that. Elsewhere we continued our work for Cassidy Coutts Donald, Wessex Hosting, Evolution AV and Southern Trailers.

This months report for Cassidy Coutts Donald was very positive. The majority of their pages now rank on the first page for their selected keywords. Over the past few months we’ve worked hard to help them beat of the competition in the area of Independent Financial Advice for Hampshire, Sussex and Surrey. However there are still pages that need work. Search Engine Optimisation is an ongoing process and you must constantly check that your content is relevant whilst also measuring it against that of the pages direct competitors. This months focus will be one:

- Independent Financial Advisors Hampshire
- IFA Southampton
- IFA Hampshire
Wessex Hosting
Wessex Hosting’s rankings have also been very promising this month. All their first place results have stayed at the top whilst others rose. Only 1 page (Web Mail Dorset) showed a slight decline so all in all it has been a successful SEO campaign so far. The only blot is their Web Hosting Hampshire page which is not appearing in ranking results. The reason for this is primarily due to a high level of competition in the specified reason for this keyword. We will compare Wessex’s page to that of the those on the first page and attempt to improve their content to make it more competitive.
Remember: SEO is not an exact science and you can never guarantee top rankings. Anyone who promises you first place is probably lying to you.
