Also included in this SEO service are search engine optimisation ranking reports for your chosen keywords. These reports give you a breakdown of where you’re website ranks for each of your keywords. They also provide a month on month comparison, enabling easy tracking of the website in the search engine rankings.
Copy Writing
SEO4Biz comes with building of extra pages for SEO (copywriting) services. By building extra SEO pages we can target specific keywords where your site may not be performing as well as it could be. Depending on the level of your subscription, where necessary, you can have up to 5 pages added to your website each month for the purpose of SEO*. Additional pages are charge at £180.00+VAT each.

For each additional keyword over 50 the price is £20.00+VAT per keyword per month. For example, to include the phrase “trailer hire hampshire” would cost £20.00+VAT per month as would the single word phrase “lawnmower”.
Keyword Changes
The SEO4Biz service includes the option to change the keyword list, entirely of partially, once every three months free of charge. Due to the nature of search engine optimisation and the delays experienced between the changes made on your website and the search engine indexing those changes we strongly recommend working on a set of keywords for a minimum of three months. If you wish to change the keyword list more often you can but each change carries an administration fee of £90+VAT.
Example:
- Month one you decide to change a single keyword the charge is £90+VAT.
- Month two you decide to change 30 keywords the charge is £90+VAT.
- Change made in months three, six and nine free of charge.
Website Health Check
The purpose of the website health check is to make sure the website in its current guise can be effectively optimised for the search engines and that fundamental “best practice” syntax and structure has been used in the development of the website. The website health check covers up to 25 pages, which is more than enough to evaluate the effectiveness of the website.
**Remedial re-development work needed to rectify issues raised during the “Website Health Check” is not covered by the SEO4biz subscription or the health check and must be completed before the SEO4Biz subscription can start. You can choose to do this work yourself or have our web development team complete the work for you at our standard hourly rate of £90.00+VAT. Should you want us to complete the work we will provide you with a fixed price quotation.
The “Website Health Check” is available as separate service.
Link Building
We also offer a Link building service which involves pursuing the addition of external links to your website from quality websites that have pages of content relating to your products and services. Contact us to discuss your Link Building requirements and we will be happy to advise the best approach and provide a bespoke solution for your business.
