LMC of Farnham took a strategic commercial decision that their new web site should be the centre of all their advertising activities. As a result it had to be flexible and easily maintained by in house staff who’s main job is the selling of motor cars, not the updating of a web site.
It was decided the site should be database driven with management tools specifically designed for use by LMC. Due to the simple ergonomic design of the tools used to add, edit and delete vehicle details, plus upload and automatically resize up to four pictures per vehicle, with only 10 minutes training LMC are fully maintaining their vehicle stock records.
At launch the site was populated with approximately 56 cars, vans and 4x4s.
The next phase of the development is to work heavily on Search Engine Optimisation for which our SEO4biz package will be deployed. Because the site is absolutely key to the development of LMC’s SsangYong business, it is important the site performs well in search engine results.
